Shipping Policy

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free delivery, so you don’t need to worry about shipping costs. We deliver to France only.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY? Yes, we ship all products with Track & Code. You can track your order on the order status page, where you will receive a link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Sometimes, tracking and status updates may take a little while. Tracking will be available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

We deliver products quickly. Order processing takes 1 to 3 working days. If you place an order before 10:00 am Monday to Friday, we aim to process it the same day. The average delivery time is therefore 3 to 8 working days. Due to the volume of orders we receive during the sales period, this delivery time may be twice as long as stated.

I WASN’T AT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY WAS MADE, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held at the post office for 7 days. You will also receive a message from the driver stating the collection point. After these 7 days, the carrier will return the parcel to our warehouse.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and delivery, so it is always possible to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided, but you have not yet received your order, please let us know within 14 days of the stated delivery date. The postal service will then open an investigation and we will keep you informed until it is concluded.
