Refund Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
The order still contains all the relevant parts and components, and the packaging is intact.
Only normal wear and tear is evident; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
The product is reported as defective upon receipt.
We offer two return options:
1. Partial refund + keep the product
2. If you are not entirely satisfied but prefer not to return the item, we can offer you a partial refund. You can then keep the product without having to return it.
Full refund after return
If you prefer a full refund, you must return the product intact to our overseas warehouse. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Important:
Returns must first be registered by contacting us; never send a return to the sender’s address without our confirmation.
We recommend using Track & Trace for returns. We are not responsible for lost returns.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct £15 from your refund.
A return will be processed within 7 working days of receipt, provided all conditions are met. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect misuse or damage not attributable to us.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please initiate the returns process as follows:

Please include the following in your email: Your order number
The reason for the return
A photo of the product (if damaged)
Your first name and surname
Your address
Once we have received your email, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not return the item to the sender’s address.
